Founded in March 2024 by John Ing, who has been working with AWS and Amazon Connect since early 2018 and led the first UK Bank onto Amazon Connect in 2019 and has since been helping many other organisations adopt and migrate to Amazon Connect.

- To enable members to collaborate and share best practice in a safe and controlled environment
- To provide a mechanism to create 'Voice of the Customer’ feedback into AWS & Amazon Connect product teams.
- Support the continued development & improvement of the Amazon Connect platform, associated capabilities & features.
